Edge Lighting

We are offering free lighting surveys for businesses in the local area

Since August 2023, traditional fluorescent luminaires like T5 and T8 tube lights have been banned in the UK due to their mercury content and environmental risks. This regulation affects all businesses, making the switch to a modern LED solution mandatory.

Making the switch ensures compliance with regulations, helping your businessstay aligned with environmental standards and avoid any complications related to restricted luminaires.

Edge Lighting is offering free lighting surveys to help upgrade from non-LED to modern LED solutions with integrated sensors. These assessments include a detailed energy calculation ROIdocument, offering clear insights into potential CO2 reductions and financial savings.

Our complete service package covers:

  • The site assessment.
  • A new lighting proposal.
  • Installation, either through our trusted contractors or your preferred electrician.

Q-Sense, our wireless control system, offers seamless lighting management tailored to your business needs.
Utilizing a robust Zigbee mesh network, it enables streamlined communication between luminaires, sensors, and switches.
Customizable settings let you define lighting zones, adjust brightness through daylight dimming, and group luminaires for optimised control. Optional features like scene setting and occupancy sharing offer added flexibility.

We are a vehicle accident repair centre (bodyshop) That started trading in 2019 ,we work with trade, retail and also a lot of insurance company’s- we can repair anything from motorcycles to large van repairs and would be happy to offer a discount to any local business fleet with a reduced hourly rate on their body work repairs needs- in addition we offer unbeatable customer service- something in sort supply in most industry’s currently.

We moved in to this current 17,000 sq ft unit back in 2019 and despite a slow start due to pandemic we have managed to slowly increase work and turnover – while retaining a happy work force and our efforts haven’t gone un-noticed in our industry, as we won an internal regional leaders award this year – beating 25 other body shops in our region that have all been trading far longer then us.- and have been nominated as a finalist of four repairers for best Bodyshop in the uk. In the national bodyshop awards this coming September the 28th – that’s had over 2500 apply.- so fingers crossed as that would be massive for us to win!

I’ve started this company up on my own with little to none financial help from the outside have around me currently simply the best team of people ,  I’m extremely proud to be the owner of this company and couldn’t ask to work with better team that are reason for the success so far- and any promotion for us will only add to that proud feeling for the whole team.

Retain our CCTV

Willow CCTV

To retain the CCTV system: the coverage is not owned by the Council or the Police but is funded, maintained and managed by the businesses on the estate via the Willow BID Company. The CCTV coverage has been instrumental in reducing the level of major crime on the estate, as verified by the police. The police do not have CCTV coverage on the estate and rely on the BID’s for footage to investigate incidents, as do the Council who are responsible for fly tipping investigations.
